The B105 Country Megaticket presented by Tri State Chevy Dealers is a nine-show ticket package that includes a ticket to eight of the hottest country shows at Riverbend Music Center this summer and your guaranteed access to the Luke Bryan show at Paul Brown Stadium. Country fans can buy one of four packages ranging in price from $310 - $610. Available online only at Riverbend.org and B105.com.

B105 Megaticket Club – Megaticket Club members gain exclusive access to a private area (located in PNC Pavilion) with cash bar, concessions and restrooms. Members will also have early access into the Megaticket Club 30 minutes prior to doors via a private entry gate located adjacent to the venue box office. PLEASE NOTE: The Megaticket Club is only available for the eight shows at Riverbend Music Center. There will be no Megaticket Club area/access at Paul Brown Stadium for the Luke Bryan concert.

Q: What is the B105 Country Megaticket?
A: The B105 Country Megaticket is a nine-show country music package featuring the summer’s hottest country concerts at Riverbend Music Center and Paul Brown Stadium. Purchasing one Megaticket gives you access to all nine concerts in the package.

Q: When and where do Megatickets go on sale?
A: Friday, January 30 at 10am. They are only available for a limited time, while supplies last. Quantities at each package level are limited and sold on a first come, first serve basis.

Q: Pricing per package?
A: The prices shown are the prices for one ticket to each of the nine shows included in the Megaticket Package.

Q: How many can I order?
A: There is a limit of six (6) Megatickets per person. All orders above the six Megaticket limit per person will be voided without notice.

Q: Is there a presale for last year's Megaticket holders?
A: Yes, an email was sent out to last year’s purchasers with a link and password. Pre-sale orders will be accepted beginning at 10am on January 26, with the correct password.

Q: How do I know if my order was received?
A: You will receive a confirmation email and an on screen confirmation number after your order is completed. Save your order number in case you need it in the future. If you do not find your confirmation email in your inbox, please check your Junk Mail folder as some ISP’s may automatically file our emails into this folder.

Q: I did not receive my order confirmation email, what do I do?
A: Please email our Megaticket customer service center at Megaticket@riverbend.org. We will need your name and email address that you used last year in order to verify your order. Once we have verified your order, we will instantly give you your password and log in information.

Q: What if my friend and I both want to sit together but want to order separately?
A: Please combine them into one order on one credit card. Orders that come in separately cannot be guaranteed seating together.

Q: If we order a Lawn ticket package, will we get seats for the stadium show?
A: You will receive a reserved seat for the Luke Bryan show at Paul Brown Stadium. Please combine your orders onto one credit card if you have specific people that you want to sit with at the stadium show.

Q: Can I choose my seat location?
A: You may choose your package level. Orders are filled on a first come, first serve basis within any package level. You will learn your seat location when you receive your tickets. Tickets for the stadium show will be a comparable seat location to your package choice.

Q: I purchased a Pavilion Seat Package, how will I know the location of my seats?
A: Pavilion seat orders are processed just prior to mailing you tickets, approximately 10-14 days prior to the show. You will learn your seating location when you receive your tickets.

Q: Will I get the same Pavilion Seat to every show?
A: Yes, every effort will be made to make sure you have the same seat to each concert.

Q: Will I receive the same Pavilion seats as last year?
A: No, orders are time stamped and seats are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Q: When will my credit card be charged for my order?
A: Your credit card will NOT be charged immediately at the time of placing your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for your credit card charge to appear.

Q: What do I do if I am having a problem with my credit card?
A: Please call your card-issuing bank to resolve problems regarding your credit card.

Q: When will I receive my tickets?
A: You will receive your tickets within 10 days of each individual show date.

Q: What do I do if I have a question about my order?

Q: Can I order tickets even if I don’t have internet access?
A: Unfortunately, no. The entire system is set up online, and we are NOT able to accept orders faxed or in person.

Q: Is parking included for the show at Paul Brown Stadium?
A: Parking is on a first come, first serve basis at Paul Brown Stadium and is not included in the Megaticket package price. Parking is included at all shows at Riverbend Music Center.

Q: What do I do if I need accessible lawn seating?
A: When you arrive to the venue on the day of the show, please ask a member of our event staff to direct you to the accessible lawn seating area on the East side of the lawn. You may enter this area with your valid lawn ticket.

Q: Can I bring a blanket and/or lawn chair to the concert?
A: Lawn blankets are allowed for all shows. Guests are welcome to bring personal lawn chairs into the amphitheater for most shows; however, to ensure clear sightlines for all of our guests, only low lawn chairs with a seat no higher than 9 inches off the ground are permitted. Call 513-232-6220 to get information for a specific show.

Q: Will I get my money back if it rains?
A: No, all concerts are rain or shine.
